Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chamberlain serves as our Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of our board of directors. Mr. Chamberlain brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate to this position. From 1989 until the formation of the company, Mr. Chamberlain served in executive roles within American Assets, most recently as chief executive officer. Prior to joining American Assets, Mr. Chamberlain was vice president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, where he brokered various commercial real estate acquisitions. Mr. Chamberlain started his career as a sales associate at CW Clark, Inc., a commercial real estate development firm. In addition to serving as a director of American Assets since 1997, Mr. Chamberlain also currently serves as a director of the Solana Beach Community Foundation. Mr. Chamberlain received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego. Our board of directors determined that Mr. Chamberlain should serve as a director based on his extensive knowledge of American Assets and his wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
