Vice President of Office Leasing

As Vice President of Office Leasing, Mr. Durfey oversees the leasing efforts and negotiations for the Company's 2.1 million-square-foot office portfolio.

Mr. Durfey has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate that includes the leasing, management and development of Class A high and low-rise office buildings. Previous to joining American Assets, he oversaw a landmark 2.8 million-square-foot commercial project for Trammell Crow Company, serving as General Manager of Century Plaza Towers and ABC Entertainment Center in Los Angeles.

Prior to that he served as Western Regional Director of Office Building Management for Homart Development Co.'s west coast portfolio and 1.7 million square feet of Class A office. Mr. Durfey is a licensed broker, holds a BOMA Real Property Administrator designation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
