Vice President of Construction

As Vice President of Construction, Mr. Gammieri is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all construction activities for American Assets, Inc. and its affiliate companies and partnerships.

Prior to joining American Assets in 2000, Mr. Gammieri spent 12 years as Vice President of Operations for Peterbuilt Construction Company. While at Peterbuilt, he successfully completed over 2 million square feet of construction projects for public and private entities and was responsible for the long range strategic planning, business development and oversight of key management personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget quality construction.

Mr. Gammieri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Association of General Contractors and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.
