Vice President of Retail Leasing

As Vice President of Retail Leasing, Mr. Sullivan oversees all aspects of retail leasing, center merchandising and re-tenanting plans for American Assets, Inc.'s more than 3 million square feet of regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers across California, Texas and Hawaii.

Mr. Sullivan brings over 24 years of experience in retail real estate to American Assets. Before joining American Assets, he served as Director of Leasing for National Retail Partners, an advisory group to CALPERS, where he was responsible for over 28 projects across California and Texas.

Mr. Sullivan has also served in management and leasing capacities for Seaport Village in San Diego, Burnham Pacific and the Hahn Company. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
