Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs

As Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs, Mr. Wyll's duties include providing fundamental legal, structuring and business analysis to American Assets, Inc. and its affiliated investment partnerships. Mr. Wyll takes a lead role in all transactional matters, including commercial real estate, private equity and financing matters.

Mr. Wyll adds over a decade of business and legal experience to American Assets. Prior to joining American Assets, he practiced corporate, securities and structured-finance law at a national law firm based in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Wyll earned both his corporate finance degree (with highest honors) and juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas at Austin's School of Business Administration and School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and California, is a member of various industry and philanthropic associations and holds certain securities licenses.
